Britneys dad loses bid.

At a hearing in Los Angeles on Thursday, Jamie Spears lost his bid for the right to delegate Britney's investments. The judge ruled that the conservatorship of Britney's estate will continue to be co-controlled by Bessemer Trust, despite her father's objections. His attorney Vivian Thoreen argues that this improperly reduces his powers since both parties now have equal power. His daughter is telling him to piss off, so why not remove himself kindly? Britney isn't trying to dissolve herself from this conservatorship. She just wants someone other than her father to control it.
